Why ventilate?

Without airflow, moisture builds up in the roof space and damages timbers. Ventilate through the soffit with pre-vented boards or soffit vents, or over the fascia with an over fascia vent.

Thin square edge boards that fix over sound timber fascia. The quickest, lowest-cost way to refresh a roofline. 9mm from Swish and Kestrel, 10mm from Freefoam.
